Frequently Asked Questions
Thank you for your interest in Irish Hills Bloom Co. for your event. Below are more answers to common questions along with additional helpful information to aid you in incorporating a Luxury Bloom Bar into your event. If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
-
Absolutely! Your color palette is one of the first things we’ll talk about when booking. Whether you’re dreaming of soft blush and cream, deep jewel tones, or something bold and unexpected, we’ll build your Bloom Bar’s flowers and greenery selection around the palette you choose so every arrangement your guests create feels cohesive.
-
If a flower you’ve requested isn’t in season for your event date, we’ll let you know right away and walk you through your options. In most cases, we can source specialty out-of-season blooms for an additional cost, or suggest a beautiful in-season substitute that fits your palette and style just as well. Either way, nothing moves forward without your approval we’ll always confirm the final flower selection with you before your event.
-
The Bloom Bar needs about an 8×8 area enough room for the cart, and guest to move around comfortably while they create.
-
No experience necessary! The Bloom Bar is designed to be easy and fun for everyone, no matter their skill level. If you’d like to offer your guests a more guided, hands-on experience, that added support is included with our Irish Hills in Bloom package where we’re on hand throughout the event to offer extra guidance, tips, and inspiration as they create.
